Dear  CUMI  Supporters,

We have just completed our seventh annual Cumi…Come Run race and truly feel that this one is the best ever!  On behalf of the fundraising committee and the Board of Directors, thank you so much for your contribution and participation.

This years event was a resounding success but we could not have done it without the support and encouragement of you, our contributors.

Because of your support and dedication, we raised over J$3,000,000.00 which will help CUMI to continue to provide services for the mentally ill in St. James; a true community project supported and funded by the people!    We are thrilled this year to have had a record of over 780 competitors register with an overwhelming turnout of the corporate and private community!

Below are the links to results and the photographs that were taken during our race.   Please feel free to download any photos and keep as mementos (and motivators for next year) of the day.

CUMI Come Run a tremendous success — Taylor

For over twenty four years the Committee for the Upliftment of the Mentally Ill (CUMI) has been providing rehabilitation services for the mentally ill in and around the second city.    CUMI aims to listen and respond to some of society’s most vulnerable members, the mentally ill and they make it their mission to assist individuals to reconnect and aid in their re-integration into society.    CUMI is a support structure for the families as well because they, too, need assistance in ensuring their loved one are getting care.

On behalf of all of us at the CUMI FUNDRAISING TEAM , our sincere Thank You !      We look forward to your continued support throughout the year!

Warm Regards,

Junior, Tanique, Kathryn, Nicky, Lyn, Christine, Joy, Sarah , Sheree, Jacquie ,
